Every card is a real job in the pipeline: its own letter, its own QR,
its own gated reveal, its own automatic tradie allocation.
How to demo a house: open its Letter → scan the QR → the customer enters
their details on that house's reveal → the Trade Matching Agent allocates it instantly.
Houses marked READY are unallocated — the allocation will
fire live. Houses marked ALLOCATED already belong to a
tradie (ask Quill to reset one before a meeting).
